Cathy A. Goloway adds value through her extensive experience in the oil and gas industry including contract negotiations and managerial duties involving offshore and onshore natural gas and crude oil marketing, gas processing, pipeline connections, contract administration and strategic planning.

Cathy has over 27 years of experience primarily with the producers such as Total E&P USA, Inc., Santa Fe Snyder Corporation, Greenhill Petroleum Corporation and Union Texas Petroleum (and predecessor companies). She also has additional experience in the marketing arena with El Paso Energy Marketing Company. Cathy has been involved in several very large deepwater gathering projects where she represented the producer’s interest. Cathy has also managed the flow and marketing of large volumes of natural gas and crude oil, been involved as a lead person negotiating natural gas processing agreements and has additional experience with Production Handling Agreements. Cathy has extensive commercial negotiations and managerial experience and has a large array of industry contacts.
